RN104 "Remove inactive volumes to use the disk" error following upgrade to 6.4.0 firmware
Hi,
I have a RN104 with 3x drives in a RAID0 configuration, no errors evident on the drives. On upgrading of to 6.4.0 firmware, following the reboot the volume is missing and a "Remove inactive volumes to use the disk. Disk #1,2,3" error is present.
Hoping there's a way to recover the volume/data?

Probably you need to use support.netgear.com

Hello futori,
Was it successful? Does it show on the RAIDar that the firmware did update to 6.4.0?
It may be best you contact support center asap, it appears you still have a one time exemption for the phone support.

Hi JennC,
It seems that the firmware update was successful, the homepage for the ReadyNAS shows the 6.4.0 firmware version.
I'll contact support, thanks for your help.
