I am also experiencing very slow transfer speeds (6-7 MB max). I am not 100% sure, but I aslo think it started around after I updated to 6.7.4 on June 3rd. Updated to 6.7.5 today but no change. I have checked cables and stuff, did a few restarts and tried various files.
My ifconfig reports 1 Gbps speed on the eth1 adapter:

Also tried it from different computers, no difference.
Any ideas how and what I can check?
Thanks,
