RN104 Slow Performance since 6.7.4
I upgraded to 6.7.4 on June 19th, and since then accessing anything (ReadyNAS Suirveillance) or the device itself has been really slow. I update to 6.7.5 today and the problem persists, though not a...

Please run top command, check CPU and memory loading,
also try to disable IPv6 in NAS admin GUI->Network->eth0 or eth1 setting.

are you teamed? I run approx 32 MB/sec onto rn104 with teamed adapter.

No point in teaming an RN104 - it's not fast enough to be network-bound.
FWIW, 32 MB/sec is slow for large-file reads. Are you testing writes?

yes these were writes to the raid5 using 4 toshiba 7200rpm 3tb drives.
reads from it to ssd on win10 machine) run around 50-55
writes to the attached 7200usb drive on nas run around 45. reads run around 55-60
I asked about teaming because when I first got unit I had to toss some "green" var speed (up to 5200rpm) drives in it and got same figures (7 or so) initially reported, but after teaming I gained about 5MB (for writes) so about 11-12. read speed also increased but I forget figures.
then when I swapped to 7200rpm drives noticed big difference. so teaming helped a bit, not huge difference, but some.
cannot remember if admin interface/folder access speeds themselves changed or not.
