Hi Sandshark, the NAS was protected by a line-interactive UPS but the UPS was not setup to automatically shutdown the NAS so it shut down suddenly. I have tried booting with no drives but the NAS does not show up in RAIDar and does not allow me to enter the boot menu or perform USB recovery. The power LED flashes green but nothing else.

IMHO if that resulted in hardware damage, it should be covered by the warranty. You might try support again (and ask to speak to supervisors, etc if necessary).
