RN42200 Cannot access admin page after PHP app install

Question

Hello all,
I upgraded my firmware to 6.9.5 and it was successful.&nbsp; After, I was on the admin page looking at what apps were available and I saw a PHP app for displaying system info.&nbsp; I installed it and now I can no longer access the admin page via a web browser.&nbsp; The IP is pingable.&nbsp; I am still serving data via CIFS to my Windows 10 PC.&nbsp; Just can't access the admin page.&nbsp; Tried rebooting, but that didn't help.&nbsp; Anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

Have you tried using a different browser? Also clearing cache?

Thanks for the reply.&nbsp; I have tried multiple browsers and have cleared the cache on all of them.&nbsp; It is as if the httpd process running on the ReadyNAS is down.

You may want to do OS-Reinstall on your ReadyNAS 4200v2. Here's a guide&nbsp;to access it.

I tried the OS Reinstall.&nbsp; IP settings didn't change as expected.&nbsp; I still cannot access the admin page.&nbsp; I point a browser to the IP of the device and I cannot connect.

Are you familiar with SSH and Linux CLI?
You could debug it from the CLI. Else might be better to contact NTGR support.
