RND2000-100NAS will not boot

Thanks for the suggestions, but none of it helped. The blinking light patteren remains regardless of what I do. I tried holding the power button for 25 seconds to initiate the Mem Test, but the 3 fast blinking lights than 2 slow blinking light pattern never faultered. I tried the factory reset by holding in the reset button for 30 seconds and nothing. Unfortunately, this unit is just past the 1 year mark for a warranty. I do not know how Manufacturers know, but they sure do seem to set their warranties up so the devices do not fail until after the warranty runs out. Maybe we can claim this on our insurance as storm damage. [shrug]
