RND4400 Chassis Replacement Procedure
I recently had my chassis go defective and it was replaced by Netgear. I just received the new chassis. I labeled all of my drives in the order they were in the defective chassis, and am ready to insert them in the new chassis. Is there any special procedure to doing this? I have read the FAQ and owner's manual and can't find anything on it.
Thanks,
Thanks,

1. A few notes: Do make sure that it's the same generation NV+ that you are moving the disks to/from. See How to tell whether I have a Duo v1 or Duo v2 or NV+ v1 or NV+ v2
2. If you have a spare disk (must not be from your array) you could put that disk in the NAS, update the firmware to the same version as what was in your old unit, power down, remove your spare disk, then migrate your array across.
