Hello
My ReadyNas stop working.
After power of he will not start.
I check from BOOT menu "Factory default" and "OS reinstall"
But after this operations all time I have this same error.
In RAIDar aplications i see "demage root folder"
Do you have same idea?
It is possible repair this Ready NAS?
Please help me.

If you purchased the unit new, then the best option is to use paid support (my.netgear.com).

Also, do you need to extract the data, or are you ok with a factory reset (which destroys the data)?

I'm sure that is V2.
I do not need the data from the HDD.
