RSYNC SSH key Management Frontview OS6 Where is it?

Hey does anyone know where the Rsync ssh key management screen is on Readynas os6?

I am only able to download a public rsync ssh key but not able to upload.

I have a readynas 312.

  • Looks like it may be one of those features that don't make it to the next version.
Similar happened on Ultra to Duo v2 (4.2 -> 5.3) with Print Server, etc.

Maybe they only expect the use case of ReadyNAS push to remote device. Not remote device pushing to ReadyNAS. One-way thinking...

That is very disappointing. I'm assuming the public key can be uploaded via command line to the readynas rsync server in the mean time?
  • Yes. All you are really doing to appending it to /root/.ssh/authorized_keys
