Screen Refresh while/after file copy not occurring

Have you checked if you were getting the problem on both computers that are wired and wireless to the network?
I tested here on wired and I was not getting the problem, you should see a small window that shows the progress bar of copying.

I usually run Wired. My recollection is Explorer screen updates were not an issue, but now it is.

Tried the same copy operation on my laptop and got the same result. The file only appears after the copy operation is complete.
This might be a Windows issue. Google Search "File Explorer Refresh". Lots are having the same issue and are not happy with MS!

You might want to also try testing the NAS by connecting it straight to the computer.
