Screen Refresh while/after file copy not occurring

Seems this is a brand new issue on 6.8.0.  While copying files to a Folder on the NAS with that Folder open in the foreground in Windows Explorer, the screen is not updating during the copy process. ...

Tried the same copy operation on my laptop and got the same result.  The file only appears after the copy operation is complete.
