Service Notice 37344

It appears that two of our 3 ReadyNAS 3138's are affected by Service Notice 37344.   When I tried to send an email to service_notice_37344@netgear. com as per https://kb.netgear.com/000037344/Se...

How do you contact support? When I try via MyNETGEAR, it tells me telephone support has run out (90 days? Really?) and tell me to try here...
