Your NAS is not picking up an IP address.
I presume your router hands out IP addresses? If so, go into your router's config and add a reserved IP address for your ReadyNAS. You'll need to look at the MAC address shown in RAIDar so you can specify this where appropriate. Once you've applied your changes you may need to reboot your router for them to take effect. You may also need to unplug the ethernet cable from the ReadyNAS and then reconnect it again for it to pickup the new IP.
