Apologies we have the ReadyNAS Pro 4 which does support iSCSI, I managed to setup a iSCSI target and made it visible to our server but the ReadyNAS doesnt seem to allow me to backup a share to the iSCSI volume.
The reason I am trying this approach was because we didn't have much luck trying the remote agent add-on but I guess I may have to try again if this current option will not work.
