How do I send all logs to ReadyNAS Community moderators?

- ceroJan 04, 2017AspirantHelloI have joined the logs of my RN104 with SMB issues after reboot according to instructions.Note that the problem of SMB button turned to grey instead of green happened on Dec 24th, Dec 30th, Jan 1st and Jan 2nd between 22h (time of powerOn) and 23h59. (I receive an alert at 23h59 when my backup program can't access the NAS using SMB).Thanks for help

Can you go to System > Settings > Support, enable Secure Diagnostics Mode and let me know the 5-digit number that you then get?

Thanks, I have answered your PM with the port number.
I also have disable the schduled PowerOn PowerOFF so you can acces the NAS anytime of the day
