[Solved] [RN102] No access to Admin Page

Hi,
I'm using RN 102 + 2x3TB WD RED. Before posring i did the research but I havent found a solution.
Just after update to 6.2.2 os, Admin page has become inaccessible. All other serices (DLNA, SSH...) work perfectly. To try to solve the issue I did the following:

- Reboot (obviously)
- OS Reinstall
but nothing changed.

Below is the result of frontview's error log:

    The log snippet is over a month old (ends on 27 November).

    Anything in journalctl? The --since= option might be useful.

    Also, see what you get if you do

    # systemctl status apache2
    # systemctl status readynasd

    Than you very much for your replies.
    Something wrong with apache2. Here is the output:

  • Hi Guys!

    After some investigation I've found the reason - Apache could not start because of sites-enabled which contained conf file left by photos II plugin. After removing file I've restarted Apache and frontview is back! I've also realized that the same issue has been previously reported on the forum, but symptoms were different.

    Thanks again for help.

    Is there a way to resolve this without SSH? I don't have SSH enabled on my box and I just delete Photos II and now my apache is dead.
  • Hi,

    I have an Apache problem as well -- how was it resolved? I see that some sort of CONF file needed to be removed, but how did you come to that conclusion? My WebGUI failed after unsuccessfully uninstalling BZeeet (http://www.readynas.com/?p=1884) (originally installed from the App market place.) Running OS 6.2.2, if I remember right (latest version prior to today's available update).

  • Found this thread: viewtopic.php?f=20&t=79230&p=446538&hilit=apache2#p446538. I followed emhyr's solution, and WebGUI/Frontend is working for me again. Commands I used:

    root@?:/# cd /etc/apache2/sites-enabled
    root@?:/etc/apache2/sites-enabled# ls
    000-fv-http 000-fv-https 090-bzeeetr6.conf <--- BZeeet is the app that failed to uninstall
    root@?:/etc/apache2/sites-enabled# ls -la
    lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 36 Apr 8 20:53 000-fv-http -> /etc/apache2/sites-available/fv-http
    lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 27 Jan 7 09:42 000-fv-https -> ../sites-available/fv-https
    lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 24 Apr 21 23:01 090-bzeeetr6.conf -> /apps/bzeeetr6/http.conf
    root@?:/etc/apache2/sites-enabled# rm 090-bzeeetr6.conf <--- Deleted the failed app's .conf file
    root@?:/etc/apache2/sites-enabled# /etc/init.d/apache2 start
