Gee, thought removing disks was a good idea until saw the second post. Haven't done that yet. Friend came by and thinks it is the fan in the power supply, rather than the big fan. Is this fan safely replaceable by itself or do you need to replace the whole power supply? Looked on line and apparently new power supply with a fan is $100 and one without the fan is $200. Anyone know where I can get a better price on the one with the fan? Out of warranty already so not worried about that issue.
