System volume suddenly full

Strange warnings on my 102 today... The data volume is just over half full (3 TB) on 6.6.1 - seems to be working OK still but this is worrying. Did a balance 2 days ago. No activity taking place a...

SSH already enabled (for just in case).

AV now disabled.

 

df -h is not showing anyting full (max use% is 56%) but rootfs is not listed at all??? Is this the same as /dev/md0 which is 4GB in size 1.3 GB used?
