UK promotion - Claimed free disk but no response so far
Hi, Sorry if a bit off topic, but anybody here successfully claimed the free disk as per UK promotion scheme? I bought a ReadyNas RND 2110 in August and submitted the claim form for a free 1T disk,...
I've sent your guys info off. So far what I have heard is that they have a back log on the HDDs, so once those arrive, the items will be shipped out.
I have asked management there to help with resources, to try and at least follow up with the emails you've sent in, and acknowledge receipt.
