UK promotion - Claimed free disk but no response so far

If Netgear are not careful, they'll end up with a rash of UK small claims court actions to deal with.
Its one thing to completely mess up a promotion, but its extremely ignorant and risky to not even bother to reply to polite enquiries from affected customers. Why not simply change that silly email auto-response message to at least provide an apology and an explanation - instead of inviting further queries to the same email address in an endless auto-reply loop?!
Come on Netgear - pull your finger out....
