Thank you for raising this issue to our attention. We at the corporate office sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you for your business. I am the Product Line Manager for the ReadyNAS Duo Family and have asked our Product Marketing Manager in EMEA to investigate and resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
