No. USB2 disk works OK in front port. I think USB3 controller in U2+ is having trouble detecting USB3 bridge chip in Seagate Goflex. Can you guys acquire one and check it out?
From what I gather from online reviews of the Goflex USB3 drives, Seagate is using the JMicron JMS539 bridge. This seems to be a popular bridge used in many USB3 devices.
