Ultra 2 Plus 4.2.19 does not fix USB3 problems

Has this problem been fixed? I have a 1TB WD Passport with USB3, works fine with my USB3 port on my laptop but the front USB port on Ultra 2+ does not detect a drive. The light doesn't even come on for the drive; only the USB2 ports in back work to detect/mount the drive. Updated to newest firmware today, still no luck. I bought this drive and the ultra 2+ specifically for high speed backup. Thanks, Phil
