I had the same problem on an Ultra 6 upgrading from 4.2.30 to 6.6.0 a couple of weeks ago. After I rebooted the disk array rendered properly and I haven't seen that visual problem since (lots of other things don't work reliably—I'm still not sure I shouldn't roll back to 4.2.28 or 4.2.30—but the front-panel display has been fine).

Hello kekegsm,
Welcome to the community!
I am not sure if you should update tot he latest instead of going through 6.5.0 or 6.6.0 first since you are using a ReadyNAS OS4 unit. I suggest you back up the data first if you have already have them stored to the ReayNAS volume then factory reset or perhaps wait for other community members who have uploaded OS6 to their OS4 units too to respond.

Upgrading from RAIDiator-x86 to OS6 requires a factory reset so that will have already been done.
