Unable to upgrade to Pro plan for ReadyNAS Vault?
I've got an existing Personal Plan that is 50 GB pre-paid ($4.95/month or $49.95/year). I have gone a smidgen over my storage.
The website:
http://www.readynasvault.com/cloudfs/
Says there's the Pro plan (it no longer lists Personal, just "Lite", and Pro) that says the Pro plan is $9.95/month for 1,000 GB (1 TB if my math is correct.)
But when I login to vault.readynas.com and click the "upgrade" options is only lists Personal Plans (no Pro plan) and the 1 TB plan is $85.95/month (a lot more expensive that $9.95/month).
What gives?
Thank you. I was able to get in touch with ReadyNAS Support and they provided me with a special URL to click on to purchase the plan. although I still have no answer as to why the website URL lists one thing and the readynas Vault "upgrade" links list something completely different.
Seems like someone at NetGear changed the webpages and didn't link them all properly.

You could try contacting ReadyNAS Vault Support and asking them about this.
