USB Errors on 6.6.1

A client of mine is still receiving issues with hot-swapping external drives even after 6.6.1 stated the issue was fixed.

Every day the NAS needs rebooting with the drive in place to mount it up properly.

 

Can I please have some suggestions on how to fix this issue?
