Users missing in web admin
I have a ReadyNas Duo V2 (RAIDiator-arm-5.3.11) and some users are not appearing in the web admin. The users are still able to access the file shares despite being missing from the security tab. I did a back-up of the ReadyNas settings and I see the users listed in the export files such as /etc/passwd. Why are the users missing from the security tab?

- Can you send me the config backup to the email address mentioned in the Sending Logs link in my sig with a list of the users missing from the security tab that you think should be there?

- Not sure why that user is not showing. The logs could be helpful as well if you can send those.
- I am not able to download the logs. I had several years worth and cleared them recently. Now, when I go to download the logs, ReadyNas becomes unresponsive. The web admin stops working, the AFP shares don't work and ReadyNas disappears from the RAIDar application. I have tried waiting for a long time but eventually I have to pull the power cord to reset it.
- Perhaps you had config corruption due to a full OS partition or permissions issues.
