Your logs (e.g. systemd-journal.log) suggest there was an I/O error with disk 2. It might be worth testing that disk.

Best steps is to turn off the NAS, remove the drive and do a test in a pc right?

So turn off the NAS, remove drive from slot 2 and do a test in a computer correct? Or you have Tools inside readynas to test the 2 drive?

Yes. Hook it up to a PC and test it using WD Data Lifeguard Diagnostics.
We do have a disk test boot menu option, but the disk vendor's tool is best.Btw StephenB suggested looking at disk_info.log and smart_history.log, not publicly posting them.
