Warranty for ReadyNas NV+
Hello, I have a Netgear ReadyNas NV+ purchased in December 2009 with a dead power supply. I entered a case with Netgear support, and they are telling me that the unit is not under warranty - however ...

Assuming you have an NV+ v1, you do have 5 year warranty. Power supplies in a specific MAC
address range are to be replaced.
I'm in Tech support. I don't know which call centre you are dealing with, but keep trying.
