Warranty for ReadyNas NV+
Hello, I have a Netgear ReadyNas NV+ purchased in December 2009 with a dead power supply. I entered a case with Netgear support, and they are telling me that the unit is not under warranty - however ...

I'm not seeing a clear record of when the 3 year transition happened though.

It suggests it had been in place for a while. So my unit's warranty expiration date is correct (since I purchased in May 2010).
