Warranty for ReadyNas NV+
Hello, I have a Netgear ReadyNas NV+ purchased in December 2009 with a dead power supply. I entered a case with Netgear support, and they are telling me that the unit is not under warranty - however ...
I saw that page also, it is an orphaned link that comes up on google. I think it was orphaned after the warranty reduction, but they neglected to actually delete the page.
My link above clearly says the warranty had been reduced to 3 years by May 2010. Though Yoh-dah indicates in the post that it had been that way for a while, I couldn't find any information from Netgear saying exactly when.
