Warranty for ReadyNas NV+
Hello, I have a Netgear ReadyNas NV+ purchased in December 2009 with a dead power supply. I entered a case with Netgear support, and they are telling me that the unit is not under warranty - however ...

Gents,
From my role in UK Tech support, this is what I know.
(a) There is a last time order in with a Far East vendor to make Power supplies to
support warranty cover. At the moment, April 2013, we are out of stock of these items.
(b) In relation to NV+v1 PSU's been made available to UK resellers, for users to buy, ( when out of warranty )
I am told that delivery to European Distribution centre will not be until late June, ie 2 months from today.
