Assuming that you are using http://NASNAME/shares/ to access the NAS:
-click the logout button at the upper left
-then exit the browser.
If you open the browser and go back to http://NASNAME/shares/, it should ask for a password again. Exiting the browser is a key step, closing the browser window is not enough.
