Hello, I am seeking your advice on
Which Bonding/Teaming Mode Should I Use to achieve best performance?
ReadyNas 204 connected directly to Nighthawk X6 R8000
What settings would you recommend me to use, please?

You can't use LACP, since both ends need to support it (and the R8000 doesn't). I think Adaptive Load Balancing (ALB) is the best mode of the ones that are left.
Generally speaking, bonding/teaming only helps if you have multiple users accessing the NAS at the same time.
