what share have better performance in mac?

I have a mac laptop with readynas pro 4 (os 6) which share have better performance? I ask because in old version 4 I had cifs and it works well, now with afp I have low performance anche many time...

I made os reinstall.. but now it don't recognize my password... it make me go on recovery page but it say (with right recovery question) recovery password failed
