If you don't want me to use the forum for help, just tell me. You shouldn't treat your customers like this.

Something is likely causing them to get caught up in the SPAM filter, so an admin has to release them. I can get to the first, but not the second.

Welcome to the Community!
https://community.netgear.com/t5/Using-your-ReadyNAS-in-Business/RN-626X-6-10-1-Active-directory-Import-Error-rndb-account-c-2473/m-p/1772410/thread-id/181111 is actually available and can be viewed on the Community while https://community.netgear.com/t5/New-ReadyNAS-Users-General/The-admins-decided-to-delete-my-previous-post-of-this/m-p/1772566#M37269 is marked as spam and will not be released since there's already a duplicate entry. The Community is a place where users and experts share knowledge and experiences with their devices so we are here to help and will not prohibit anyone from using it unless Guidelines are not followed.
We also don't recommend posting your logs publicly as it may compromise privacy. I suggest avoiding posting it publicly so it will not be automatically detected as Spam.
I suggest opening a case on my.netgear.com and contact Support for assistance on the issue you are having so L3 will be able to check on this.
