i'm looking for a way to connect my ReadyNas Duo through Wifi instead of ethernet cable... My problem is that i have three ReadyNas and only 2 free slots in my router... So i really need to use wif...

Understood. For me it is the other way around - the PCs are sleeping when I am not using them, but the NAS units are up 24/7. Also, I believe that RAID arrays are more vulnerable to power failure than single disks, so I am more concerned about protecting the NAS than the PCs.

Problem is that my NAS isn't on 24/7 sometimes i turn it off... So if i follow this guide and set up my things accordingly my stuff will be turned off only if the NAS is on when the power shortage happens :(
I don't use WinNUT so I can only give general advice. Did you try disabling your Windows Firewall?
