Windows 10 keeps forgetting ReadyNas

I have been trying to use an RN212D23-100NES with windows 10 (on an expensive windows 10 laptop) for many months and it has never worked properly. I completely gave up and stopped using it months ago...

Thanks - all updated but I haven't tried a big backup yet.  Will do in the next couple of days.
