Windows 10 New PC taking too long to process data on NAS
Been using the NAS for approx 10 months on a Windows 7 PC. Upgraded to new PC running Win 10 Pro. Since then, everything seems to be working ok, can copy, move files ok, open files, save files, etc....

I am running firmware 6.5.1, but am actually updating to 6.5.2 as I type.
Hopefully, if it is a bug, it will be fixed in the update. But I fear it will not, I think it must be permissions somewhere not being correct.
Network path is CAT6 and CAT5E cabling with Gigabit Ethernet, and 10/100/1000 network switches

Is IPv6 enabled on the NAS? If so, I suggest you start by turning it off.
You might also double-check that jumbo frames are disabled (or the MTU properly set) on the Win10 systems.

I have disabled ipv6.
Jumbo packets was disabled. I have enabled it at 9014 bytes.
The other person that has a Win 10 PC, and accesses the same files on the same NAS, and uses the same software to process it, had jumbo packets disabled, and his system works perfectly.
I will try to see if ikt works.
Someboby elsewhere online has suggested tring a new log on user account, so I may try that out too.
