I have a ReadyNAS Ultra 4 ... i bought it only a few months ago, it's brand new and i barely used it Today i tryed to start it... The blue LED light and the LCD screen powered up, then it power dow...

Keeping the drive order the same is strongly recommended. If all drives are fine rearranging them should be O.K.
Have you downloaded the logs zip file from the NAS back when it was working? If so do you still have it?
