I have a ReadyNAS Ultra 4 ... i bought it only a few months ago, it's brand new and i barely used it Today i tryed to start it... The blue LED light and the LCD screen powered up, then it power dow...

It's highly unlikely to wipe out all your data if all the disks are fine. Rearranging the order is not recommended but should be O.K.

If you're really worried you could ask support if a tech can remotely login and examine the situation. Tech support mode is a low level diagnostics mode and booting into this mode in itself doesn't touch the disks.
If you want to check the SMART stats connecting the drives to a PC, I think there are some free tools to do this. Haven't used any so I don't know how well they work.
