I have a ReadyNAS Ultra 4 ... i bought it only a few months ago, it's brand new and i barely used it Today i tryed to start it... The blue LED light and the LCD screen powered up, then it power dow...

When you do migrate the disks across, monitor the NAS in RAIDar (http://www.readynas.com/downloads). Once the NAS has booted when you click setup you should be taken to Frontview (web-admin interface of the ReadyNAS) in your web browser. If instead you get a dialog box with a prompt to choose RAID modes power down immediately.
Once the NAS boots fine download the logs and send them to NetGear support (they would provide you with instructions on how to send them). They can look at the logs and let you know if you got the ordering right or not.
