I have a ReadyNAS Ultra 4 ... i bought it only a few months ago, it's brand new and i barely used it Today i tryed to start it... The blue LED light and the LCD screen powered up, then it power dow...

My ReadyNAS NV+2 has stopped responding.
I have done the following..
Run Memory Testing for 8 hrs. without any errors...
Removed the Disks mounted them to my PC and verify that they function.
I can remove the disks and get the system to boot and go into Tech mode..
But it only stays up for a few hrs..
I have opened a ticket 18272800 and got responses from numerous techs for a week or so.
But have not gotten a response in the last 8 days.. I have left numerous questions asking for
an update.
But nothing..
How do i get responses?? Is there a level 2,3 I can contact for an update..
I suspect its dead.. But without an RMA i can not proceed..
Can anyone help??
