wrong firmware readynas 102
Hello
my readynas was not working properly and I decided to upgrade the firmware. my original firmware was 6.1.8 and I stupidly went to the netgear site and downloaded it but 6.9.3 without reading the notes that I could not do this without going through 6.2.5. Now I can not access the storage .... how can I reinstall the firmware?

update:
remove one hard disk to connect a pc. i see all the files that i have but they are encrypted. i have snapshot backup but i cant find the folder. it's possible to recover ?
