Sounds like the RAM has failed. You will need to replace the RAM (not supported - be sure to run the memory test at least a few times before trusting it) or
purchase a new ReadyNAS e.g. RN312 and contact support. Wait for advice from support. Don't put the disks into the new NAS until prompted to by support. Note there may be a charge for this.
