I can not figure out how to do this in the management portals for each of the AP's. I know through Insight there is an "instant Mesh" option but I do not want top use insight.
Instant mesh is a complete different beast, allowing to add -wireless- connected additional satellites.

I am using them in standalone mode - not Insight. I would like to set them up as if in a "mess network" so that only one SSID is broadcast to everyone in the building, Whichever AP is closest to them with best signal would be the AP they would connect through.
Right now I have set them up with the same SSID name and I configured Neighbor AP so that they know each other but two SSID's show to everyone on their devices.
This is all you need to do won these WAX6xx - configure the same SSID for the same VLAN, so there can be only one SSID on air. Or something is misconfigured.

Hello -
I did that - both SSID's have the same name and the same VLAN ID.
Yet two SSID's with the exact name show in the available WiFi networks list on devices here at the building.
Ho do I setup the AP's to only show ONE SSID and steer the device joining the network to the AP with the strongest signal. Then hand it of too the other if they move closer to that AP.
