WAC510 client isolation not working

Hi,

 

I have a WAC 510 with firmware 9.3.0.5.

 

When I enable client isolation I get the following error message: "unable to get gateway mac to configure client isolation!".

 

What does this error message mean? And how can I resolve this?

Same here.. Its realy anoying. Sometimes it works but not always.

I have no idea what causing it.

Started after the last firmware upgrade.

A new WAC510 firmware has been recently released which is v9.5.1.2.  This firmware fixes the issue where the client isolation process stops during bulk configurations and it fixes the issue where the client isolation whitelist table is not cleared when an SSID is deleted or a VLAN is changed.  

 

Kindly read the other bug fixes and download WAC510 firmware v9.5.1.2 here and upload it to your WAC510.  Then, check if the same problem occurs.
