WAX610 - Multiple WAP + DHCP issues

Hello, 

For our small business, I am using 3 WAX610 - with same SSID and fast roaming enabled. 

 

My topology is 

1. ISP Modem/Gateway (Hitron)

 connected to a

2. TPLink unmanaged POE Switch

connected to 3 

3. WAX610 Access Points 

 

The ISP modem is the gateway and has DHCP enabled, DHCP scope (192.168.0.10-200). 

I have the access points in Bridge Mode.

 

I set the WAPs to static IP (192.168.0.3, 4 and 5), connected them to the TPlink switch and I can see them on insight app as connected and green.

 

Problem:

while some clients get the correct IP address from the DHCP scope and can connect to the internet. I noticed new clients are receiving an IP from the 192.168.1.XX range, so obviously even thought they are successfully authenticated, they cannot connect to the internet.

All 3 access points are a part of the insight portal, so the SSID settings are the same.

 

are there any settings I need to change or how I troubleshoot so all clients get an IP address from the correct range ie., 192.168.0.XX  and not 192.168.1.XX.

 

Any direction is appreciated.

 

I already replaced the TPLink switch with a brand new one, unmanaged also. That did not seem to help.

    Unlikely, another switch will hand out addresses from the 192.168.1.0 IP subnet network. 

     

    Similar, the WAX610 does not have an on-board DHCP server, except you have configured an SSID NAT mode (default in the 172.31.0.0 address range) and configured a different IP pool. However, this SSID NAT mode would allow Internet access then.

     

    Best guess some other device, like another consumer or SOHO router is active on the same network.

      Any tools or tricks that I could use?
