2.4ghz issue....

Hello all,

I’ve seen a lot of posts about similar issues but not exactly this and not with a solution I understand. Here’s what’s happening:

After a recent lightning strike, I bought the C6300 modem/router and set it up with spectrum. Everything was fine.... Both the 2.4 and 5g channels showed up on all devices and had internet connectivity.

After a reboot simply to move what outlet the modem was plugged into, the 2.4ghz channel disappeared from all devices. The 2.4ghz light is on... logged into the modem and the channel selection was on ‘auto’ but had a ‘-‘ next to it as if it was unable to find a channel. So far I have read through tons of posts and tried the following:

- standard reboot
- factory reset
- changed the 2.4ghz channel multiple times... no effect
- disabled the 2.4ghz channel, restarted... the 2.4ghz light remained on...
- enabled 2.4ghz channel, restarted.. no effect...

My firmware version is V1.03.04

5G channel works just fine. Any guidance would be appreciated.
