AC1200 C6220 Wireless Signal not broadcasting
Hello,
My ac1200 cable modem router is not broadcasting any wireless signal. Wired lan connection is still working and I am able to connect to the internet via ethernet.
Here are what I have done so far:
1. Rebooted the modem, more times than I can count by now
2. Unpluging all cables connected to the modem and let sit for 30 minutes then rebooted the modem
3. Factory reset the modem via pin hole on the back of the modem (x3)
4. WiFi button to enable wireless radio has been turned on and light is on
5. Tried logging into Netgear Genie (via ethernet connection) but modem will auto-reboot if I attempt to open the "Advanced" Tab. "Basic" tab have limit information. All pull down tabs related to "Wireless" would have error message "File not Found"
I'm out of troubleshooting ideas. Please help asap.
Thanks,

Re: AC1200 C6220 Wireless Signal not broadcasting
Hello Weatherbrian
If the wireless is not broadcasting it could be on your ISP side they may have the wireless disabled and you may need to contact them and make sure everything is coded correctly on your modem.
